This is my offical first blog post, ever! Shocking, I know. I want this blog to incorporate my love of all vegan baked goods. I cannot get enough. I could care less if I ever eat them, but I love seeing people fall in love with my food. I love the smiles that pass through lips and eyes that glisten when they view my baked goodies.Today my friends had a pool side bbq and of course I brought, what else, CUPCAKES! Everyone seemed to love them, which in my opinion is always a great thing. I love making beautiful, appealing food that people won't shy away from when they hear the word, "vegan." I am slowly converting non-vegans to believers of the power that compassionate food brings about.
I hope you all throughly enjoy my blog and will come to my vegan bakery that I plan to open sometime in the spring/summer of 2009 in Denver, Colorado.
